Now what I would like to see, and I do not know if it is actually in the game or not, is a way to get pulled onto another shard if I was spamming group quests and they happened to be with groups on different shards. LukeSaberRattler Just curious why you feel the need to change instances more often?
I have yet to change instances once playing this game since launch let alone multiple times within a 30 min period. Now if it is so you can kill everything in an area jump ship to another instance and kill everything there then jump back I don't have any sympathy for you. HeavensAgent There's the problem. That's not a valid reason for changing instances, at least not in regard to why the mechanic was added. Quote: Originally Posted by HeavensAgent. They stated the reasons for adding the ability to change instances when they added it to the game, back in beta. Anyway, you asked why. The simple answer is: Because you're doing it wrong.
If you want it to be changed, there's a Suggestion Box for that. Such as world 1, and world ? Xairon This has actually always been in the game, but servers tended to not cap out that much.
You can easily switch between instances by clicking "M" Map and going to the mini map in the bottom right and choosing a separate instance from the pull down menu. All rights reserved. The game will boost your stats to 70 level, but it's not enough when you only have a few abilities and haven't filled every inventory slots. Once you are in, explain that you are new, stay back, and follow. If you see your teammates huddle behind a wall, stack with them.
If they run pass a group of enemies, follow them. If you're ranged, stay near kolto station. When you or anyone need heal, click it and find another station. When you see a spinning red circle on the ground below you, immediately run away. When you see that you are under attack with hp dropping fast, run behind covers walls, pillars, stacked crates etc. Save yourself first; you can't do your job if you are dead. Do not attack first. Leave it to the high levels, even if they seems to be slow.
If people are nice try pub side! Learning from doing is often easier though, but don't expect to learn everything from one go. When you die, observe the battle. Watch what the boss does. Read teammate's debuffs. Notice their movements. Some vet fps are simply not tuned for low levels, and you may be kicked or asked to leave. It happens. Don't be offended.
